Checked all fuses and relays replaced coolant temp sw gets hot when sitting in traffic turn heat on till cools down car runs great otherwise anyone have any ideas

If everything checked out, have you checked the fan motors for operation?

Yes at the relays when in or out tested with test light fan closest to driver side will come on hi I think.I unplugged fan harness at fans and ran a set of jumper wires to each fan and they both work.AC does not do anything have not tested it either.

If everything is good, that only leaves the PCM.

Thank you! But I installed a automatic fully adjustable thermostatic electric fan control for $27 and some change from Rockauto.com they have just about everything even came with instructions. But seriously TY I had a feeling it was going to lead to PCM and you helped be sure,one of those wood have seat me back $175.00 so thanks again!!!
