I need a tune-up

Hello, I have been told that I needed a tune-up on my 1999 Buick Regal LS. My car had a recall and they replaced my spark plugs and wires, so what else do I need done to have a full tune-up?
Spark plugs and wires already changed.

A tune up consists of plugs, cap, rotor, air filter, and fuel filter.

thanks alot...question was i had my spark plugs and wires replaced whatelse did i need done for a full tune-up

Fuel, air filters throttle bore service would be a complete tune up.
