Good point, I will need a little help with gauges, like do you put both lines on and check low side separately, or open both valves and read simultaneously. Not sure can you walk me thru this ? T.Y

To check pressure you leave both valves by the gauges themselves closed. You put the hose ends on the ac connection nipples with the shut off valves backed off. Then after hooked up then screw the knobs in.The gauges have shut off valves on the hose ends.

What I would do is look around for alot of oil build and dirt around the whole ac system. If you dont see anything there replace both high side and low side ac Schrader valves. Then get some r134 with dye in it not with any stop leak in it though. Then charge up the ac and use a dye light to look for leaks.

Hay ty I found a leak in condenser,I do plan on changing it along with receiver dryer, and if and when I can find that little tube like filter that is in the line. Do you know were it is,I thought it is between condenser and dryer.
