Warning light on dashboard come on with car off

I have a 99 BMW 323i. With the car off and doors locked, all of the dashboard warning lights come on. Also, the car has been running rough just before the issue came up. I scanned the car and came up with error codes for misfires in cylinders 2 thru 6. Could this be a bad battery?

It's possible. Make sure the wires are properly connected on those cylinders. Make sure they're all getting spark.
