1999 Audi Station Wagon thumb at acceleration

while at a complete stop and during the point of punching the gas pedal I hear a thump.
no stuttering, just feel like you ran over a log in the rear. we just had the throttle relay replaced.
what do you think it is?
engine mount?

Sounds like as bad engine mount stand to the side of the car with the hood open.Have someone have there foot on the brake with it running in drive.Then lightly give it gas and watch for excessive engine movement.
