99 audi a4 5spd goes into gear wont move

99 audi a4 avant quatro 5spd i can start the car shift into gear but after than the car wont move after letting the clutch out it just revs if i tach it out to about six grand it inches slowly foward any idea on what i can do too fix that?

cars was sitting for two years i just woke it up from its coma two days ago. An i didn't have any of these issues when it was parked could it just need air bleed out of the system or maybe the slave cylinder frozen would like too try other options before tearing the trans apart!
