I want to bench test an ignition coil from my '99 TL3.2

What are the different resistance spec's across the (3) contact prongs?

Here is a guide to help you test the ignition coil.

You will need a voltmeter

Primary Winding Resistance 0.34 - 0.42 ohms at 68 deg F
Secondary Winding Resistance 1.71 - 20.9 K ohms at 68 deg F
