A few months back, I noticed my car felt like it was hitting a small pothole or bump without all the up/down jerky motions of actually hitting something. It only happened once for a bit, and later on it has become more frequent. Now it happens once per trip I make, generally over 45 mph. When it happens, I hear a pop or thump sound and feel it shake the vehicle originating near one of the wheels. I've asked around a little bit and am lead to believe it may be pressure in the transmission. Any help is much appreciated.

it is so hard to diagnose an issue like this online,i would suggest that you take it to a shop and have the front end checked out first to make sure your safe.take a mechanic for a ride and show them what you are dealing with.
