no dimmer lights only bright

I have no dim lights only bright i have changed the bulb and the fuse and bought a new dimmer switch and i still have no dim lights what is the problem??

Do you have a test light or DVOM to perform testings?

Could be a fault with the Main Headlight Relay/Bulb Failure Warning Sensor.
