steering wheel either way makes a loud high pitched noise

When i turn my steering wheel either way when the car is at a stand still it shakes and makes a loud high pitched noise? Well it just started doing this the other day because I was entering a parking lot and didn't notice after the entrance there was a big out dip so I sort of bottomed out the front end.. Okay i really bottomed out the front end and now it shakes and a loud high pitched noise comes when i turn my steering wheel either way. Though it only does it while the car is not moving. When I am driving down the road it seems to be okay and when I am turning and putting gas on the peddle it seems to be okay.
