4 power windows don't work

The driver side one only works half way and the passenger side one (on the front) there is 12 volts at the switch and at the regulator's connector. The other two i haven't even check them up. : (

try slamming the door hard. then try the window. if it works your motor is probably bad, if it doesn't then it's bad anyhow if its getting power.
