Jeep is over heating. Thermostat was replaced with a new one, however it continues to overheat. Flushed out and cleaned radiator with caustic soda. Flushed out engine block with water hose and reattached radiator. I did not bleed the engone block as I couldn't find the bleed screw. The engine is a GE not FE model (i.e. the same engine that is in the toyota celica. So my question where is the bleed screw on the engine block and if bleeding out any air doesn't work what next?

There are no bleeder for the engine block.
When does the overheating occur?
Are the cooling fans working correctly?
After engine has cooled down, did you check the coolant level in radiator?
