The hood release cable is apparently stretched out, and I cannot open the hood.
I have tried using PB Blaster penetrating spray with no success. Additionally, I have
tried using a small pair of vice grips on the cable inside the car.
It seems that the only way I can access the hood release mechanism is thru the grill,
which is fastened inside the hood and cannot be removed from the outside.
Any suggestions?
