I own a HINO RANGER TRUCK(H07D) engine. Problem: The shift gear engages but would not move or moves very slowly. I have replaced clutch-plate, and the pressure plate to no avail. Assist
At times when it is not loaded, the vehicle runs without any problem. hOWEVER, WHEN LOADED, the problem would recur. At times there is a noise coming from the gearbox. And when this happens, it has always damaged the thrust bearing.
