I have a 98 Toyota Corolla that has a misfire on cylinder 3. I put new plugs in and that plug is as clean as the day I put it in. I do have spark and I have done a power balance test by unplugging the injectors and the plug wires. There is a change in all the cylinders except cylinder 3. I changed out the ECU but that didn't solve the problem.
