Just bought a 1998 4Runner and while driving it feels like the brakes are dragging (enough that I keep looking down at the emergency brake to make sure it is down) and while driving it chugs or hiccups (RPM's stay up though) **Have not had any check engine etc lights come on so unable to check codes for anything specifically wrong. Any idea's?
