To the best of my knowledge, there isn't a seperate fuse. The fuses for the back up lights, brake lights... all protect the trailer lights. If there is a short, one of those fuses will blow. Now, if you have added an electric brake, the power is usually taken directly from the battery and run through a circuit breaker that will reset itself.
