oil pressure drops to zero

I have a 1998 Suzuki Esteem. It will run for approx 15 min. before my oil light will come on & the oil pressure will drop to 0%. What would cause this?

Most common causes would be a clogged oil strainer in oil sump.

In addition -double check the oil pressure with a mechanical gauge
