98 sub forester L - Get ticking noise & flashers flash slowly even when car turned off & key is out of ignition. Tried turning flasher button on & they work as they should is (faster flash). I pulled out #3 fuse (pwr locks fuse) & flashers& ticking noise gone. What gives?
