When I turn the ignition key, one of three things happen. 1. the engine starts. 2. nothing happens or 3. it cranks for a split second and the engine either starts or do not. What can be wrong? It is not the battery, it has been tested. Can it be the ignition switch, the starter relay, the starter motor or ???
