Is there a way to bypass the keyless entry module so it doesn't keep draining my battery? I have a 1998 saturn sc2 I had a diag done to where draw was coming from and was told it was the keyless entry module in the passenger door.

Check the remote buttons, they could be causing the battery to go out, also check this info for the battery drain problem

There would be nothing to bypass. If you just unplug the module you will disable the system and hopefully the draw too. You aren't going to have working keyless entry unless you fix it properly.

Just to add this one are we talking about factory keyless entry?Because if we were the keyless entry module aka rke module is in that door. Also if you unplug the factory keyless entry module the car will no longer start. What usually drains the battery on those is the door lock switch on the door wears out and the door locks run all the time draining the battery and make the door lock actuators to over heat and become inop.

One more question, is there a possibility of disconnecting the door lock actuator, that this will correct the draw, if that's the issue?

Look at both door lock switches especially the drivers side door one see if one of the switches doesnt return to the center position? If it doesnt then all you have to do is replace the switch.I will help you find a new switch if you need one the switches arent that expensive.Let me know what you find and we will go from there.
