We changed the clutch and master, slay cylinder and everything turned the car over ran.....forgot to put axle in and car shifted like butter now i put axle on and car wont shift....help

pulled it out and it was loose and it shifts now so what do i need to do

the left side clicked in. so do i check right side? will transmissonn fl run out that side i heard it only does it on driver side

Jack the front up and see if the driveaxle will turn while in gear

There is no grease at ALL in there.....would that have anything to do with it

What do you mean no grease -where? Does it have transaxle fluid?

the grease or oil whatever fir the front axle and yes

When you jacked it up is the driveaxle turning-if not you need to redo everything again and investigate closely

I wasnt trying to confuse anyone sorry haha when it is jacked up from ground or the driving axle is loose it shifts really easy if its tightend up and on the ground it wont shift or it will be super hard to shift

Which axle is loose the driverside or passenger side?Also where is the looseness in the axle?

the driver side WAS loosen but now its on it was shifting gears until we put it togther

you have to literlally shove the hell out of it to go in gear which you cant

Drop the tranny and investigate input shaft could be binding on the pilot bushing

well i finally got in working last night but when i come to stop sighn it is a pain in the ass to get it into first but the rest are easy

There is no pilot bushing or bearing on that car.If you have trouble getting into just one gear then it is usually a bad syncronizer in the transmisson.Also checked for streched shifter cables.
