1998 Pontiac Grand Am replace breaks and rotors

I just put on new breaks and rotors and the calipor wit new breaks attached will not fit onto new rotor. Already pushed in calipor with c clamp but still will not fit

If you are correct about the pistons being fully retracted then t least some of the parts have t be incorrect. I would have all the parts applications rechecked.
