Is it possible that a relay in the fuse panel that is responsible for multiple functions could affect some of the functions but not others (such as radio odometer etc.) in a 1998 Poniac Firebird?

Radio randomly stopped working, fog lights do not work, front turn signals do not work, odometer does not work. Could it be possible that a relay in the fuse panel is responsible?

Not likely to be a relay as the components do not seem to be relayed. More likely to be a loose connection somewhere. You could also have a blown fuse.

Check for poor gound circuit connections, remove and clean them. At fuse box, check the connectors for signs of contaminations, corrosions etc.

A diagram of ALL the ground locations would be helpfull. One ground can controll several circuits.
