just replaced both driver side and passenger side headlight motors, when I turn the lights on they both go on but the passenger side door is down and the driver side door is up,I tried unplugging the battery and the module to reset itself but no luck, how can I get them to be in sink.

Some after market parts come with wires that have to be spliced. That's why I asked.

Did you try manually winding the other one down? It should have a screw or knob to do that to see if that puts them in synch.

It might be worth a try but I'll look at the wiring diagram tonight. There may be a relay issue.
