Lug bolt replacement

How do I replace a sheared left rear lug bolt on 1998 Plymouth Neon?

Remove the wheel and drum. Pound out the remaining part. Use a nut with a center hole much larger than the stud as a spacer. Put a washer over that nut then install a lug nut backwards with the flat side against that washer. Tighten the lug nut to pull the new stud into place. Torque the nut to 95 foot pounds with a click-type torque wrench. Install the drum and wheel, then tighten all the nuts to 95 foot pounds. Retighten the nuts after a few miles.

Failure to use the torque wrench is the main reason for stud failure.
