1998 Oldsmobile Intrigue Please im so lost

When I start up my Oldsmobile Intrigue it instantly start squealing, like screaming noise and goes away as I start driving. I was told it could be a pulley flopping against the belt or it can be the belt it self it need to be wet.

Also I have a red box light on with waves an ripples it has been on forever an now just starting to blink real fast although nothing changes in my driving.

Lastly my anti lock and brake light on what does it means?

No Engine light on at all

replace belt and tensioner first then check charging /battery for condition including load test. then have a pro scan for codes for abs problem.

Before I go get things repaired I notice my car was running n I lift up the hood of the car the fan was not going but something started burning I shut the car off an check the radiator n its dry n brown an clunky what do I have on my hand.....

you probably have a blown head gasket that has drained a lot of the coolant out. it can also be a an intake which these engines were kind of famous for failing . get some coolant, fill it up and have it pressure checked to see if it's internal or not . if it is you are looking in range of $1000-1500 repair cost.
