REMOVAL PROCEDURE

Drain the coolant. Refer to Draining and Fitting Cooling System.
Disconnect the negative battery cable.
CAUTION: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in Service Precautions.

Remove the air intake duct.
Disconnect the radiator hose.

Remove the thermostat housing.

Remove the thermostat.
Clean all sealing surfaces
