98 nissan sentra 1.6 the battery and altenator were grounded togather while doing an oil change and head gasket replacement the car did run before hand now it it does not poped a 75 fuse checked all other fuses and relys and replaced them and that 75 Check spark plugs good fuel pump good injetors good ecm ecu good starter good cranks but will not run .. put ether in it will run for a min and stall new battery
