1998 Nissan Altima missing at idle

1998 Nissan Altima engine misses (when warm) at idle and when pedal is slightly depressed at any speed. The only engine code is P0302 (cylinder #2 missfire) Replaced O2 sensors, plugs, cap/rotor, wires, #2 fuel injector, fuel filter, and MAF sensor. Checked compression, fuel pressure, and vaccum. All checked out ok. I unplug the MAP sensor and it didn't efect the way the engine ran. Could this be the proplem? TPS?

Check and test the MAP and TPS sensors

Try cleaning the idle air control valve and EGR valve and see what happens-let me know

Cleaned the EGR and IAC and still runs the same. I also replaced the MAP and TPS. That did not help either. With the engine cold it will run fine for a minute or two. It is actually idling fine until the gas pedal is slightly depressed then it misses until it gets over 2000 rpm. I tried unpluging the MAF sensor and the problem goes away, but does not run properly because it is unpluged. This car did sit for a year without being driven, so I drained the fuel and added new. When adding the fuel it would only allow me to pump the gas in very slowly or it would overflow. Not sure what the problem with this is either, but would just like to get it running properly before I fix anything else.

Check for vacuum leaks. Check for play in the throttle body linkage. Have you tried replacing the MAF sensor?
