why do my car shakes when i put in drive

Several things can cause idle speed to low, dirty injectors and intake valves,plugs,clogged air filter, low fuel pressure, falty ignition wires, coil. When was last tune?

it only shakes when its in drive i have to put in neutral just to stop the shaking

when in drive engine is under a load so all things listed will cause shake in drive smooth in neutral

but i just had a tune- up new distribtor cap wires in plugs, its really bad when i cut the a/c on. can please help me i have small kids and im haveing a ruff time geting in back forward to work

start with a fuel cleaner SeaFoam works well. Without physicaly seeing car can only speculate. does engine continue to shake as you accelerate? or smooth out at speed?

only when im at a stop, the motor runs smooth while driveing

What happened? try fuel cleaner?
