We recently purchased a1998 mitsubishi galant for our daughters first car. The car runs great other than its sputters bad and is getting horrible gas mileage, we were leaning towards it being the mass air flow sensor. Any suggestions of where to begin first would be greatly appreaciated. Also would a Mitsubishi lancer mass air flow sensor be compatible to the galant? Thank you for your time.
