Hi i have a 1998 Mitsubishi Eclipse rs 2.0L
The problem that i am having is when my car is on or off and I do not have my headlights on all the lights in side and outside my car except my dome lights all flicker off and on while making a ticking noise. But if i have my headlights are on it doesnt do it. The only way to get this to stop with out having my headlights on is to unplug my battery cable from battery. Please help to finding whats wrong.
