Replaced caliper, brake hose & brakes and still sticks on the driver side only

is caliper piston sticking or is caliper sticking? remove caliper and make sure locating pins slide through insulator ok and caliper slides through bracket ok it may need to have some rust removed. it may need a new brake hardware kit which if you replace that do both sides.
