Is there any relation with the P0401 code (EGR fail) and replacing a faulty fuel pump? Here's my situation. The fuel pump was replaced about two months ago. The day after it was replaced, the "Service Engine Soon" light became visible on the dash. The error is indicated as P0401. Could this have been caused by the replacement of the fuel pump. If so, what diagnostic measures can be taken to troubleshoot the problem?
