i have a 1998 grand marquis V8 4.6L Engine. i just recently had my engine, alternator, battery, power steering pump/pulley, and intake manifold replaced. when i turn my steering wheel slightly the pulleys stop rotating and my battery light comes on, however when i turn the wheel completely the pulleys will move with the motion of turning and the battery light comes on. any idea whats wrong?
