1998 Mercedes Benz E320 EC light stays on

I replaced the old climate control unit and compressor / accumulator the vehicle ran well for a short while now it says the low pressure switch needs replacing I have the switch and the pressure is level on both sides ~ 100 so now we need to reprogram the climate control unit and every one that I have seen isn't the correct process to reprogram the E320 W210 vehicle that I have can you provide the step by step method to assure that we do not have to continue searching you tube etc???

Do you have the right amount of refrigerant? Having air and less refrigerant set this message. and What is the low and high reading on the gauge? Check the expansion valve for any leak which always has a leak. When you say 100 is this with the a/c on? and engine running?

The high and low side pressure was checked both ways and the two sides are equal. I have a mechanic that's assisting although we cannot reset the climate control unit. The pressure ~100 was with the vehicle running.

So I have run the system for a week now the vehicle ran well for 15 minutes then it would go back to the EC light showing up yet again. How hard is it to get to the expansion valve. I need to get this done before it becomes too hot.
I had the heater on after reset of the electronic controls and it did the same thing while running heat only is this a verification that it's the expansion valve?

Go to this website and follow the procedures for pulling the error codes from your A/C computer. The Mercedes system is a little more complex than a basic one. There are a number of sensors that can shut it down if the readings are not within range.
