the engine is smooth under 2000 rpm then it starts to cut and go cuts and go even in neutral just by refing it

what can the problem be the moment u step on the gas it gows like a rocket no cutting

it sounds like either the fuel pressure is low or the cat converter is clogged and the engine cannot breathe.
