i agree but i can hook a compression gauge and fuel pressure gauge a noid light and a spark tester all at the same time and everything is there even tried and egr valve thinking maybe its stuck open letting to much (used) air into combustion chamber to run......

Are the sparks strong?
Weak saprks can result in non starting.

spark looks a little weak maybe but it has no reason to be weak and it still should run. plugs wires coils are new

A failing coil would result in weak sparks and continued starting would flood the cylinders causing the spark plugs to be wet and cause non-starting.

got it cranked with new computer but will only crank at WOT then once cranked runs fine just has a stumble when first tipping into throttle

Stumbling during initial throttle opening could be due to
1. Sparks misfiring.
2. Fuel injectors operations.
3. Fuel pressure.
4. Valve clearances too tight.
5. TPS out of adjustment
Since vehicle had not been started for quite some time, let it have some running time to see if the problem evens out.
Starting only with WOT can mean a fault with the TPS or its adjustment.
Check to see if there are ant trouble codes.
