While the jeep Is in either park or on the brake at a red light... it's rough, feels like its pulling to rev forward. The engine doesn't sound as quiet as it was a week before I hade a new transmission fluid hose replaced. The shop said it was my tires, as they had it on the lift, the tires would have to re-adjust. I'm not a genius with cars. But I do know the difference between the tires and engines. It certainly wasn't the tires... the reason the jeep was reving, pulling and loud under the hood. Could it be a leak on the exhaust? Spark plugs? Fuel filter? A new Fuel pump was installed last year. Any h wet lp is appreciated!

You may have a vacuum leak around the throttle body and air leaking past the throttle will cause the revs to be erratic and higher than normal, check this first.
