chugging problem with my 1998 isuzu amigo i changed the throttle positioning sensor and the fuel filter problem still here

Could be caused by one of the following below

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Crankshaft position sensor
Knock sensor
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard it and keep testing.

my isuzu was doing the same thing.i completey went over the entire top end of my motor for months.i couldnt figure out what was wrong.finally i droped the tank and discovered that the fuel pickup screen was cloged badly.it was a slimy nasty brown.i took some carb cleaner and a brush to it and its running like a champ.and still continues to run to day...
