The clock and windshield wipers work Intermittently

when i am driving my car sometimes the clock will go out and then the windshield wipers stop working. any suggestions?

Have the ignition switch checked. Clock and wiper relay are in same circuit of ignition switch. When wiper fails, test the blue white wire of ignition switch for battery voltage.
