So what is not working sine the reversed jump?Has your battery been charged and tested before you go looking for blown fuses?

Look for a bolted-in fuse for the generator in the under-hood fuse box, but expect to find a lot of blown fuses. There are a number of computers on the car that can't tolerate reverse voltage. They have diodes between the feed and ground wires. (Diodes are one-way valves for electrical current). When everything is connected properly, the diodes are in the circuit backwards and do nothing. When the polarity is reversed, the diodes become a short circuit causing the fuse to blow, thereby protecting the computer from damage. Normally just the fuse blows but it is also possible for a computer to be damaged in that instant before the fuse pops. Look for two fuse boxes, one under the hood and one inside the car.

I would check every fuse to see if it's blown who knows what fuses could have been blown or what damage you might have been done.
