I need help

1998 HONDA PASSPORT

I have a 1998 Honda passport and it takes a bit of start but when it starts i have to give it gas in order to keep it running when I let go of the gas it shuts off but electricity is still running?

Is the Check Engine Light indicating?

Symptoms indicates a fault with the idling circuit.
