Car was making a noise when turning..Took to mechanic who said it was the power steering pump..Had to take it back AGAIN as that pump was bad..My fluid level was NEVER below max..Couple days later louder noise..Took it back and now he states the 2013 Pump he installed was too much pressure for my 1998 and blew my rack and pinion
