Hello my car will sometimes randomly just start surging when idle or when driving, anywhere from 800rpm at idle to about 1500 rpm. I had it checked for codes and it gave none.
I recently had a thermostat replace but it looks like they did a shoddy job and left a clamp on the thermostat housing could this be what is causing this issue?
