when driving the car it will vibrates through steering and floor, especially when braking at whatever speed and when I hit 100kms, I've had the car serviced, engine mounts replaced, front disc rotors replaced, rear disc machining, disc pads front and rear, front wheel alignment, and 4 wheel balance and yet it seems to be getting worse, the mechanic suggested it may need new tires but which I had replaced 18 months ago. He doesnt offer anything else? Can you please help

Switch the two right wheels / tires front to rear, then drive it to see if the symptoms change. If the vibration is gone in the steering wheel, the tire on the right rear now has a broken belt. If there's no change, switch the two left wheels / tires and do the same thing. Broken belts in tires aren't that uncommon. Very often you can find an additional clue if you have a front-wheel-drive car. Under moderate acceleration the tire may pull to one side, and during moderate-to-hard braking it will pull the other way. That test doesn't work on rear-wheel-drive cars.
