what causes you to not get power to new fuel pump?

I drove it to school, turned it off and when i tried to crank it an hour later all it would do was turn over. Didnt hear the fuel pump kick on so figured it was bad, bought a new one put it un and cant get power to it. Ive checked the relay and its good. Any suggestions please

Could be the computer controlled of the fuel pump relay-

Changed the computer also and no change. Simeone said check the crank sensor but i dont know how many ohms it is supposed to read.

lets start by checking the fuel pump and the enjecter fuses.with a meter or test light.

Im not getting power to the box under the hood that the relay plugs in to. Where does the power come from

does the 10amp fuse ing e fuse show voltages with a test light or multi meter to check voltage its under the hood.if it has power on both sides of the fuse. pull the relay out their is a diagram on the side and check for power at pin 30 with the key on.start here
