my 1998 gmc sonoma is poping out the intake an the ex ? it runs badthe codes are po300/po155/po102 help?

they are all related to your popping problem. you have either thrown a pushrod/ bent a valve or punched a hole in the rocker arm. it needs to belooked at by a pro. you could have also burnt avavle aswell . that 's why it's poppping.
