Take the wiring connector loose from radio, does that fuse circuit still go to ground. You can use a testlite in place of fuse, if the testlite comes on after unplugging circuit, it is still going to ground. Depending on test result, possible issue with wiring circuit or radio. You can check the back of fuse box see if anything is melted or burned. Check the wiring circuit connector at the radio for same issue.
